Range Murals

Architecture, exhibitions, Murals

The range murals create a lasting residue from the range performances. They are designed to be located along the path that the RML followed as a way of marking that event. Imagery is selected by a close review of the captured video of the performance with attention to human interaction and iconic landmarks. These elements are layered with mapping graphics of the path taken. The works are printed and hung using a traditional wheat paste. Thus they wear with the weather and can be removed without any damage to the built environment.
